Lush Lawn does not sell customer account, service, location, or uploaded photo/video data.
1.3 location data
The Lush Lawn mobile app may request access to your device location while you are using the app. Location access may be used to help identify your lawn or service property location, provide weather-based lawn care information, support service-area functionality, and improve the accuracy of lawn care recommendations.
The app does not collect or use your location in the background. Location data is only accessed when you are actively using app features that request or require location.
Lush Lawn does not sell location data.
1.4 photos, videos, and identifications
The Lush Lawn mobile app allows customers to upload selected photos or videos of their lawn, property, weeds, trees, shrubs, or landscape areas.
These uploads may be used by Lush Lawn and its service providers to review service concerns, identify lawn or landscape issues, save identifications, track lawn progress, support customer service, determine whether a service call is needed, and recommend relevant Lush Lawn services that may help address the condition shown in the uploaded content.
The app does not require access to all photos or videos on your device. Customers select the specific photos or videos they choose to upload.
Lush Lawn does not sell customer-uploaded photos or videos.
1.5 lawn goals and progress tracking
The Lush Lawn mobile app may allow customers to submit lawn goals, answer lawn care questions, save lawn progress information, and track changes over time.
This information may be used to customize the customer’s lawn care experience, provide lawn care recommendations, support service requests, track lawn improvement, and help Lush Lawn recommend relevant services based on the customer’s property needs.

The Lush Lawn mobile app may collect information submitted through customer support, live chat, service requests, uploaded content, or other app communication features.

The Lush Lawn mobile app may send push notifications related to your account, scheduled services, appointment reminders, service updates, and promotions. You may manage or disable push notifications at any time through your device settings.
6. Third-party advertising and tracking
Lush Lawn does not use or sell customer account, service, location, uploaded photo/video, or mobile app data for third-party advertising, ad measurement, data brokers, cross-app tracking, or advertising networks.
Customer data collected through the mobile app may be used by Lush Lawn for app functionality, customer account management, service support, customer communication, lawn care recommendations, internal analytics, and related business purposes.
If Lush Lawn changes how it uses customer data for advertising or tracking in the future, we will update this policy and obtain any required permissions or consents before using data in that way.
7. do not track
Our website does not currently respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals. We do not allow third parties to collect personal information about your online activities over time and across different websites when you use our Site or Services.

If you create an account through the Lush Lawn mobile app, you may request deletion of your app account through the account deletion option provided in the app or by contacting Lush Lawn.
When an account deletion request is submitted, Lush Lawn will delete or de-identify app account information where reasonably possible, except for information we are required or permitted to retain for legal, billing, service history, warranty, dispute resolution, fraud prevention, security, tax, accounting, or legitimate business record purposes.
Certain records may be retained as necessary to document services provided, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, or maintain business records.
We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.
