What if I am not satisfied with the results?

Our program is proven to work; however, sometimes underlying conditions can hinder the effectiveness of our program.

For example, a lawn which is high in sand or clay and low in organic matter will not be able to absorb and retain nutrients and can more quickly deteriorate under difficult summer conditions (heat, drought, infection).

If your lawn is not responding well to our program, we suggest an assessment of your lawn’s underlying conditions (soil quality, organic matter content, pH level, nutrient composition and more). This entire process is included as part of our Extender service or is available as a separate soil analysis. There is a cost involved, which most find worthwhile as part of investing in the health of one’s lawn and landscape. Our soil analysis service will help guide the next steps to revive your lawn to full health.
